About Our Service
Ride Airport Cars Limited provides professional private hire vehicle transfers specialising in airport and cruise port connections across the UK. We operate as a licensed private hire operator, ensuring all drivers and vehicles meet regulatory standards.
Booking & Confirmations
Bookings can be made via our website or telephone. A booking is only considered confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request based on availability or vehicle suitability.
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). Quotes include estimated tolls and standard parking charges for meet-and-greet services. Surcharges may apply for bookings on UK bank holidays. Payment must be settled via our secure online portal or as agreed at the time of booking.
Prices & Payments
Cancellations & No-Shows
Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% fee. If a passenger fails to show up at the designated time and location without notice (no-show), the full booking fee will be charged.
We monitor all flight and cruise arrival times in real-time. We allow 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment of landing or docking. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion or extreme weather conditions.
Pickups & Delays
Passenger safety is our absolute priority. Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Seatbelts must be worn at all times. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure luggage does not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle type.
Luggage & Safety
You must provide accurate flight/cruise numbers and contact details at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to allow sufficient travel time to reach your destination, particularly for check-in deadlines at airports and cruise terminals.

While we strive for 100% punctuality, our liability is limited to the cost of the booking. We accept no liability for missed flights, cruise departures, or subsequent losses resulting from delays caused by traffic, vehicle breakdowns, or force majeure events.
