We actively track all flights and cruise arrivals. If your travel is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time so your driver is there when you actually arrive, at no extra cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee as per our terms and conditions.
Yes. Complimentary child, baby and booster seats are available on request. Subject to availability. Please request this when booking.Â
