Cancellation Policy

This page sets out how cancellations work for airport and cruise transfers. Our policy is designed to be fair to both customers and drivers, ensuring transparency and professional reliability for every booking.

Notice Periods

Standard Cancellation

24 hours+ before pickup (UK Local Time)

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable booking transaction fees.

Same Day Cancellation

Same day as booking (UK Local Time)

For cancellations made on the day of travel but with at least 6 hours' notice, a reduced-fee policy applies to cover driver allocation costs.

Last Minute

Less than 6 hours out (UK Local Time)

Cancellations with less than 6 hours' notice are subject to a higher charge as drivers have already been dispatched or committed to your slot.

Fee Structure

Advance Cancellations (24h+)

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable credit card processing fees.

Same Day Cancellations (12h - 24h)

Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before pickup will incur a 25% charge of the total booking value to cover administrative and driver scheduling costs.

Late Cancellations (Under 12h)

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are subject to a 50% charge. This ensures our drivers are compensated for the lost booking time.

Last Minute (Under 3h)

Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice or after the driver has been dispatched will incur a 100% charge of the total fare.

Airport arrivals

No-Show & Wait Times

We understand that travel can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness to our drivers and maintain our high standards of service, the following rules apply to no-shows and waiting periods:

  • Airport Pickups: Drivers will wait for 60 minutes after the flight arrival.
  • Standard Pickups: A complimentary wait period of 15 minutes is included.
  • Charges: No-shows are charged at 100% of the booking value.
  • Communication: If delayed, please call our 24/7 office immediately.
