Terminal 2
The meeting point at Heathrow Terminal 2 is outside WH Smith & Boots in the arrivals hall. Exit the arrivals doors and go right where you will find them located beside Cafe Nero.
Terminal 3
The meeting point at Heathrow Terminal 3 is outside WH Smith & Boots in the arrivals hall. Exit the arrivals doors go slightly to your right and you will see them directly in front of you.
Terminal 4
The meeting point at Heathrow Terminal 4 is outside the currency exchange which is on the right-hand side of Costa as you are exiting the arrivals doors.
Terminal 5
The meeting point at Heathrow Terminal 5 is meeting point south. This is located to the left of Costa just next to the orange lifts.

How do I meet my driver at Heathrow Airport?

How early do I need to be at Heathrow for my flight?

What is the waiting time policy for Heathrow pickups?
We include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your flight lands. This gives you ample time to clear passport control and collect your luggage without feeling rushed.
Can I take liquids over 100ml in my hand luggage?
Since early 2026 Heathrow has scrapped the 100ml liquid restriction for hand luggage across all of their terminals. You can now also leave all your electronics such as laptops inside your bag. This is thanks to new scanning technology they have implemented.
Can I book a child seat for my Heathrow transfer?
Absolutely. We offer free baby and child seats for all airport transfers. Simply specify the age or type of seat required (infant, toddler, or booster) during your booking process.
